How Does It Work?

You pre-order through the online shop, then collect the produce at the designated pickup locations, pay online or with cash or cheque at time of pick up. It is that easy.

1. Stay connected via our newsletter, Facebook, Twitter, or by visiting our website. This way you will always be the first to know when the fresh produce is available.

2. Choose your fresh BC grown fruits and vegetables through our online shop and choose to pay securely online or in person at the time of pickup.

3. Meet us at your chosen pickup location and enjoy some of the goodness of the Okanagan!

Why is it so fresh?

The Farmers pick Wednesday for us as Clint travels back to the lower mainland and then over to Vancouver Island.

Why is it so affordable?

OK FRUIT deals with independent growers and producers who take pride in their quality and freshness. Because of our long standing connections within the community, they provide us with high quality fruit and produce at very reasonable prices, which we can pass onto you.

Can I still buy produce if I forgot to order?

We will try to carry some extra produce on our trips but we cannot promise availability unless you pre-order through our online store. Of course, we always order extra but sometimes that produce goes quickly.

How do I guarantee my order?

Now if you want to guarantee you get the order, our cut off time for pick up orders is Tuesday at noon each week. After that the site for ordering is not active and you will see the products and a icon saying ‘Read More’, the site does not become active again until the Sunday after 1:30pm for the next week delivery.

Where are the current pickup locations?

Our pickup locations are East Vancouver, North Vancouver, Nanaimo, Qualicum Beach, Courtenay, Tofino, Port Alberni, Ucluelet, Gabriola, & Campbell River. If you are in a location on the mainland or Vancouver Island and would like us to start delivering Okanagan produce to you, contact us and we will see what we can do. How do I find you when I arrive at the pickup location?

Just look for the Okanagan Fruit sign! Please ensure you double-check the pickup location you selected. Once all orders are delivered at each location, the driver will leave. It would be a shame to miss you, so make sure you pre-order and double-check your desired pickup location.

Is there a better time to come to avoid a line?

Most people come early hoping to get their produce before others and find that many people think along those same lines and the line up begins. If you come mid way through your pick up time, you will probably find the rush has been dealt with and you won’t have to wait in line for your produce.

What are my payment options?

Paying online can be done either with a credit card or a PayPal account. Paying C.O.D. in person at the pickup location must be done with cash.

How will I know what fruit is available?

We keep customers updated via email, Facebook, and Twitter as the produce becomes available all summer long. Just sign up for our weekly newsletter so we can send you prices and availability for all our fresh picked produce.
